JPG embroidery:
Preparing the file:
Export your design as “.JPG” with maximum quality. Place your JPG design on a USB drive.
Start the computer using the password “2206” and connect the USB.
Start the embroidery machine using the black button on the right side.
Open “PE-DESIGN 11”
Find this button:
And adjust the file to the hoop size you want to use:
Go to “image” and click “auto punch”
Find your previously mentioned JPG file and open it.
The programme will open 2 masking menus, click “Next” on both of them.
You are now in the “Auto Punch Parameters” menu. In this menu you will have to click “Retry” after each change that you make.
Adjust the “Max Number of Colors” to the correct number of colors in your design. Always add 1. In this example I am embroidering 1 color, so I am going to put in “2”. This extra color is necessary for this step. Adjust the “Noise reduction” and “Segmentation sensitivity” to your liking. Now remove the extra color by clicking on it under the “Omit Region Colors”.
When satisfied click “Finish”.
Select your design and adjust the size to your liking. See bottom left corner for exact dimensions.
Right click on your design and select the type of stitch you would like to use. There are embroidered examples next to the computer. Then select your desired density and direction, this you will find on the right side under “Sewing Attributes”.
Your design is ready to send to the machine. Click “Send” -> “Send to Your Machine” and “E:”
Embroidering:
Always iron on backing on to your fabric. And place the fabric in the hoop.
Adjust the A frame to your hoop. Make sure these screws are fastened tightly
Thread the machine by knotting your desired spool to a previously used spool. Pull the thread through the machine.
Click this button for pulling the thread through the machine:
Place the thread around the wiper like this: and click the same button again.
Click this button:
Select your design and click “Set” after that click “Edit End”.
Now adjust the position of your design, and click “Embroidery”.
Using this button you can select the desired spool of thread:
On the screen click “Lock”, the red physical button should turn green.
Click the green button and your design will start embroidering.
